How do I place an order?

Our minimum order value is £4.90. Orders under £4.90 will not be processed. All orders over £39.00 within mainland UK are delivered free of charge. Orders less than £39.00 we will charge an additional shipping fee of £4.99.

Shopping at bitiba.co.uk is easy, safe and quick. Simply select a product from our range and place it into the shopping cart. If you‘d like to order more than one item of the same product, simply enter the needed number into the field provided for this purpose and click on the “cart” button. You can always change the amount items you’d like to purchase in your shopping basket.

You can access your shopping cart from every page in our shop by clicking on the shopping cart symbol in the upper right corner of your screen. There you will see an overview of your selected articles and could adjust the amounts or delete items. Once you are satisfied with the amounts, please click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button at the bottom of the page. You can place an order as a registered customer or choose our express check-out option without registration. Now you can enter your delivery and invoice address and payment details into our order form.
Your personal data will never be shared or passed on to any unauthorised third parties outside the company. For data-transfers, bitiba.co.uk uses the so-called SSL security system (secure socket layer) together with an 128-bit encryption. This technology offers the best possible security and is also used by all major high street banks, to protect all online banking data. In order to complete your transaction, click the “NEXT” button, check your data and submit your order. Enjoy!

Delivery

At bitiba.co.uk we strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. After your order is dispatched, it usually takes up to 2-3 working days for it to arrive. All parcels are delivered by our delivery partner Yodel between 8am and 4pm. bitiba.co.uk delivers to UK mainland (England, Scotland, Wales). Some GB postal codes such as the Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland do not qualify for free shipping.

Please note: We share a modern dispatch warehouse with zooplus AG, so you may see some delivery boxes marked as "zooplus". The advantage of this is that the general logistics costs can be kept low and our customers can also benefit from lower bitiba prices.

Payment

At bitiba.co.uk you can comfortably pay with your Debit Card or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard). After your card has been authorised, items are shipped from our warehouse. The charge to your credit card company is typically made after 2-3 days. All payments are fully secure and your personal information is protected by an additional authorisation process. You can also use PayPal at bitiba to pay safely, easily and quickly. If you pay by PayPal, an additional fee of £0.99 will be charged.

Order Cancellation

Customers who are consumers have a 14 day cancellation right. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is neither attributable to their commercial nor self-employed professional activity. The following regulations apply to the cancellation right and the excluding of the cancellation right. If you have any further questions about cancellations, they can contact the bitiba customer service.

Returns

As our valued customer, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days (from the date you receive your goods) to return it to us for a full refund. As well as refunding your full invoice value, including delivery, we’ll also cover the costs of returning the goods to us*. Please see below for further details and instructions on how to return an item.

How do I return something?

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service department to receive a "Return Order Number" by email or phone.

Step 2: Complete the Return Form you received with your goods (attached to your invoice), include your individual return number and place it in the package with the goods you are returning.

Step 3: Send the package with sufficient postage to our return address:

We kindly request that you return the goods at your own cost: these return costs will be reimbursed as soon as we receive the goods, provided you informed us within the 14 day deadline.

*We will refund the return costs in accordance with the standard rates of our collection partners. We will not refund costs incurred for express delivery or oversized parcels. If packages are difficult to transport we can arrange collection. Please get in touch with bitiba customer service for further information.

Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event that there was a problem with your order or the goods were faulty, please contact the bitiba customer service to arrange a replacement or refund.

The information we gather with cookies help us to identify any errors we might have or to show you products which we think are relevant to you. We don’t store any information which is linked directly to you such as credit card details.
