Great product at a fantastic price
So easy so cheap I had to check twice before I ordered just in case I had it wrong. But no, great product my cats favourite and we all know how fussy they are. At a fantastic price, no delivery charge plus token collection for future orders.

Bitiba offer the best price with free delivery. We have 5 hungry cats who just love felix as good as it looks. They hardly touch the other types. By getting a large delivery we get a really good deal. Well done Bitiba

Great service delivered within 3 days.

Not happy with packaging/labelling
I ordered multiple food items which arrived OK but all the packaging is in German so our family doesn't know which flavours are which.
I called customer service and they explained the company is in fact German - no problem there - but when I ordered the items were labelled in English and we've been told it depends on what stock they have. OK if you can speak/understand this company again.

Fast delivery ,well packed ,and it's good value. my cat is called felix so I thought id try the cat food from bitiba and see .there ar diffrent meat selection and fish selection to choose from so u can feed them diffrent meal diffrent time .i will be buying more food for felix from bitiba I would recommend other people to try this as well .thank you.

felix as good as it looks mixed 44 pack
fab food my cats love this and wont eat anything else. very good ingredients too yummy yummy all 8 of them say delicous gobble it up as though there is no tomorrow lol they adore it scrummy catfood
