Serve at room temperature and always ensure clean, fresh drinking water is available.

Continued great value, quality product and reliable service

Not the same
First my one cat wouldn't eat the chicken and I saw that there's a much so feel to the pouches and when you open it there is mostly jelly stuff with very little meat or chewy bits. The beef has the most meat, tuna and salmon have a about half the usual amount. I contacted the Felix company and they were very nice but said that sometimes the meaty filler tube gets blocked and you can get a few pouches with mostly jelly. Trouble is that it happens every order of Felix agail faves only from Bitiba

Quality must have changed
My cats no longer eat this food, which has always been their favourite, I fear the quality has changed as it looks slightly different too. I won't buy again!

well known product at good price
Our 4 cats enjoy felix as good as it looks, and we put any left overs out for the hedgehog that visits our garden. The delivery service is prompt and reliable. Very pleased with the process.

Consistently Different
Have just bought James Wellbeloved cat and dog food which is great BUT also ordered the Jumbo boxes of Felix. It is in a slightl different box but the problem is NONE of my 4 cats will touch it. I have just gone and got a box from Sainsbury’s the consistently is very different it even look different and the cats are back to eating it, what is going in??

I HAVE BEEN USING BITIBA FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS AND I DONT THINK I HAVE SEEN THIS PRODUCT CHEAPER ANYWHERE ELSE. DELIVERY IS VERY QUICK. OUR CATS WILL ONLY EAT FELIX AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS!

Happy but packaging is only downfall
Really happy with the products and delivered very quickly, even had contact by phone for a query and was handled really well, only downside is boxes are packed so very heavy and wet food has arrived damaged with spillage and obviusly stinks when opening! Both past deliveries have arrived with the outer packaging split open, thankfully nothing missing but boxes are packed far too heavy therefore damaging goods inside (split packages of food)

Great Value for Grandma Winstanley
I find for a pack of 44 it is usually £2-3 cheaper than local supermarkets and as competitive a price as there is online.
The quality of the product is as one would expect and the delivery has been very reliable so far.
Buying this product in bulk (2 x 44 packs) puts the price into free delivery straight to my Grandmas door all at the same time as saving £8 to £12 on the local supermarket price.

Great value for a known brand
I have bought these for a long time from the supermarket and then released you can buy in bulk online, this site is great, good customer service and amazing prices.
Only thing is the outer box is labelled in German, the sachets in the box are still labelled in English so no concern, or you could teach yourself (and kids) a little German, no harm there.

best cat food real meat
I have a very fussy cat and after she had little kittens she was worse. I didn't know what to do with her anymore. But when I first bought Felix (was an offer) "as good as it Looks" she eats like crazy. The problem was after wasn't on offer anymore (Tesco). too much for my budget. Then I start looking on google. Thanks God I found BITIBA !!!
