A long term cage.
I’m personally a big lover of hamsters. And I got this cage for my first little hammy and the cage was great. The size is great for a hamster and the levels are nice to. Although if you have a Syrian I would recommend taking out the wheel due to it being so small. I have now owned this cage for two years and it has been great! The door is giant which is good for easy access. And due to the bars the ventilation is good as well. Along with that the cage is easy to take apart and clean.

Extremely pleased
First time ordering from here was a little bit nervous at first but soon realised they are quick and trustworthy with there products and deliveries . Cage is a very great size and I don’t actually have anything bad to say about it . It all fits in place and I’m very happy . Definitely be ordering from here again .!!😁😁

Lovely hamster home
My sons Syrian hamster has been using this cage for a few months now and we are really impressed. It’s very easy to clean, lots for hamster to do and explore, plenty of space for extra toys. We sometimes remove the penthouse and tubes just to mix things up a bit, or reconfigure the tubes. We’ve no negative points to report except that the wheel is a bit small for a an adult Syrian. We’re so impressed overall that we’re going to buy the same cage again for our daughter when she gets a hamster.

Lovely big Cage.
Our cage arrived with pieces broken off the base we presume in transit, I got on to them and we were sent a new base which arrived in perfect condition. We love the cage as it's large and our rescued Syrian hamster has plenty of space to play and investigate. We took the wheel out but that was our choice and replaced with a flying saucer wheel. I just think compared to a lot of hamster cages on the market this is one of the better ones. We are very happy with it anyway .

Bits missing & don’t fit
Would have given 5 stars but: no handles as stated on cage. It is a large cage & handles are very good to move it round. The wheel has been replaced with one I already had. The centre spindle is thin & will snap. The one metal bowel, not two as stated does not fit in the hole where it is supposed to. It is too small & falls through. This is a second cage, same one bought 4 years ago with none of these faults.

Fantastic cage
Great sized cage giving plenty of space for your hamster to play and explore. My hamster loves his house at the top (the king of his castle) Great service from Bitiba too - order came on the date and time specified, and I was kept up to date on the items movement. Fantastic cage- extremely impressed and happy
This arrived the day after i ordered it. My son and i spent around an hour putting it together but it was well worth it. It's a very large cage for the hamster we are going to buy tomorrow but we were happy knowing it will live comfortably in this palace. It looks as though it will be easy to clean out etc and we cant wait to start using it tomorrow when we get our new pet. The service from bitiba was amazing and we are just thrilled with this cage and the quality.

Great size of cage for syrian hamster
Good sized cage giving plenty of space for your hammy to move around. Fantastic service from Bitiba too - ordered on 29th December and it arrived Saturday 31st. Didn't expect it until after new year.

Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered this cage in mid December and it arrived within 48 hours. Sadly a corner edge of the cage was broken (I assume in transit) and as I needed a replacement that day I had to purchase an alternative one from a local pet shop instead. I contacted customer service to explain about the situation. The call was answered swiftly and there was no hesitation in refunding my money. Super service and I would definitely use Bitiba again and recommend them to others.

Exceeded my expectations, fabulous cage!
My cage arrived quickly, everything was in perfect condition inside. I’m not sure why some people have said it takes nearly 2 hours to put together, it took me 30 minutes! The cage is solid, well built, good quality and I’m absolurely sure my child’s hamster won’t escape from it! I’m very happy and impressed with the purchase!

Hamster heaven cage!
This cage was huge and came in perfect condition and came with loads of accessories
The only bad thing about this cage was that it was a little bit hard to put together other than that a wonderful cage.

Hamster Heaven - Great Cage
platforms are a but flimsy but the quality of the base and bars is high quality. Bought for my russian hamster and put my own platform in. He loves the space

Great cage, few problems had
Well packaged but 1 edge was snapped off. Customer services sent replacement, great condition but 1 of the food bowls didn't fit. Money given to replace bowl to 1 that did fit. I ordered the bowl that was supposed to go there, cost more than what was given. Water bottle constantly dripped so had to replace this. Attached wheel to cage as didnt spin well on stand. Still cheaper than other shops and received good customer service, just disappointed with all the things that were wrong with it.

Awesome
The cage is enormous. There is lots of space for a hamster. The wheel is perfect an within 1 hour my hamster was completely obsessed. The tubes are perfect and my hamster loves the slides/ladders. The hamster potty is adorable. All in all it is an awesome cage

Fantastic Hamster Cage !!!!
After looking for months for a larger hamster cage for my son's hamster I came across this one and what a great buy !!
We've had it for a few months and the hamster loves it
It took him awhile to explore the pipes and pent house but now is very confident and spends most of his time up there
The wheel is a tad noise I've found but sure its fixable
When this cage arrived there was a piece damage but after contacting costumer services this was quickly resolved
So happy with this cage

My Syrian loves her new cage!!!!
This cage is amazing my little poppy has be running around like crazy haveing the best time of her of life. The product quality is outstanding as is the design although it was a little tricky to put together is was definitely worth it.The packaging was secure and as promised was delivered between 1-3 days so thank bitiba for your amazing service and great prices👍
