SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect - White

We are super happy with the door, but after a couple of months the Hub lost its connection and it’s impossible to reconnect. There’s no help on the official website. So, about the door itself, I can say it’s a really good product, but the connection issues are a real headache! I’d recommend buying the door without the Hub, as that’s what we have now – just €100 more expensive, since the Hub is useless!

It took a week for the cat to learn and start to "trust" the machine. One of my two cats has urinary problems and absolutely cannot eat 'regular' cat food. Life became much easier with a machine that does the job of the 'food police'. The only problem is that the machine takes a few seconds to react to the cat's chip, even when I select the fastest reaction time (there are 3 options).
