Bozita Chunks in Jelly Multibuy 18 x 370g

I used to like Bozita & i transitioned kitten over from whiskers to this. I found whiskers made his poop almost radioactive. I thought, the ingredients were good & it was 90% protein. He's been on this for 2 years. After some research & the fact I hate the smell every time I opened it, I found out that Bozita uses scraps & carcass meat for their food. Cat wet food the protein requirements is only 6.5% p/ 100g. The product is mostly jelly, it smells bad. I've switched to Carny which has a higher protein

Some things about this food I really like. I love the packaging, which works very well. I like the texture of the food, not too dry, half way between gravy and jelly .. and I think the cats do too. And it is not expensive. But sadly they don't seem to like the flavour all that much. I bought some elk (how can you resist elk?) but the cats could, it seems, and wouldn't eat it. The chicken has gone well, and I will continue buying that, so my advice would be to buy that first, and see how it goes.

I bought this on a whim as it was duck and my cat seemed to like Duck. He loves it so much, he has stopped eating his standard 'Felix good as it looks' and just wants this now. The Price is good and I like that all of the packaging is recyclable.

I love several things about Bozita. The packaging is great, though you do need a little clip to close it after part use.The price is very good too. My Maine Coons were rather doubtful about it to start with, but I mixed it 50/50 for a couple of days with the Feringha they have had before (at twice the price!) and now they will happily eat it on its own. They like both the chicken and the elk, but I note that it is only 4% elk..

The cat food looked nice to me and smelled good but my 3 cats barely touched it. I tried two other varieties as well

Large range of flavours, great price and extremely good packaging - what a good idea! Haven't yet found a variety all 8 cats won't eat.

They're meatballs in jelly. I have to mash them because my cat has no teeth, but even when mashed, the cat just licks the jelly and leaves the thick bits from the meatballs. I don't know what they're made of, but my cat doesn't like them, even though he's usually greedy.

Excellent food! My very sensitive tomcat loves turkey in jelly and duck in gravy. I’ve already given him many different varieties, but unfortunately he won’t eat anything else. I’m so glad my cats are doing well. The jelly is of good quality, stays fresh in the fridge even the next day, and smells delicious. I can highly recommend this product. I'm going to have to give this product away! My cats don't want it and just leave it in their bowl, even when they're hungry.

I feed this to the outdoor wild ones. One of the cats eats it with gusto, and at night a tomcat from the street probably comes by for some too. So at least someone enjoys it ;-)
