Cat likes it but sent without packaging
Our cat likes it fine, but we will have to stop ordering the Kattovit, because Bitiba keeps sending the pouches loose. Not in a box or even a plastic bag.
The first time, I almost threw some pouches away since they slid in under the interior flaps of the shipping box.
The second time, a few pouches had burst and made a mess.
Bitiba customer service can't commit to improving this, so I will have to remove it from our subscription.
