Kattovit Urinary Pouches 24 x 85g

Our cat likes it fine, but we will have to stop ordering the Kattovit, because Bitiba keeps sending the pouches loose. Not in a box or even a plastic bag. The first time, I almost threw some pouches away since they slid in under the interior flaps of the shipping box. The second time, a few pouches had burst and made a mess. Bitiba customer service can't commit to improving this, so I will have to remove it from our subscription.

Unfortunately, the quality of this food has really gone downhill in the past few months. With my last orders, there were big differences in texture and smell again, making the product unusable for my pets. Support just brushes it off as "natural variations" instead of taking the issue seriously. Even with clear photo evidence, they show no goodwill. If you care about consistent quality, you should be careful with this at the moment. Very disappointing!

My tomcat tolerates the food well, but unfortunately he prefers the sauce from the pouches.

My cat suffers from struvite, and it seems like this food works well, especially when combined with supplements, of course.
