My kitty is 14 years old and since she's starting to have kidney issues but also gets gastritis, I give her these renal pouches and honestly she loves them. There's sauce in them and I mash it up with a fork since she doesn't have her fangs anymore. Sometimes I put a bit of Hydra Care on top. She loves it and now eats wet food, whereas before she only ate kibble. She's even put on a bit of weight again.

He really likes them. The pouches have small pieces of meat in a thick sauce and he devours them, to the point where I have to ration them because otherwise he eats too quickly and gets sick.
