Unfortunately, the quality of this food has really gone downhill in the past few months. With my last orders, there were big differences in texture and smell again, making the product unusable for my pets. Support just brushes it off as "natural variations" instead of taking the issue seriously. Even with clear photo evidence, they show no goodwill. If you care about consistent quality, you should be careful with this at the moment. Very disappointing!

My two kitties really like this food. They have different tastes when it comes to food, but they both agree on this one.

My tomcat tolerates the food well, but unfortunately he prefers the sauce from the pouches.

My kitty, due to chronic kidney failure, has basically only been eating Kattovit Renal for several months now, and for the first time it happened that she doesn’t want to eat it because the contents of the pouch are big chunks of food soaked in a thick goo, nothing like the food we’ve been buying so far—and we’ve bought hundreds of packs. Utter rubbish, most of which we’re forced to throw in the bin.
