The paste is fine, it worked straight away for my cat. But the packaging is a different story—what a terrible, cheap mess. No matter how carefully you squeeze, cracks appear everywhere. After five days of use, it’s just one big sticky mess, with the stuff leaking out all over the place, so you end up losing a lot. I honestly can’t imagine that no one has ever complained about this before. It would be great if Bitiba could pass this feedback on. Because of this, only 2 stars from me.

It has a good taste since my cats love it, even the youngest one who’s just old enough to start having it eats it without any problem. It does its job really well because so far none of my cats have had those coughing fits to get rid of hairballs. I’m very happy with it and I usually buy the big pack.

Good paste, large package, and my cat enjoys eating it both on its own and mixed with food.
