Tried these as I was looking to find something suitable for my Ragdolls due to being increasingly dissatisfied, cost & quality wise, with a very well known brand. The biscuits are a great size (14x6mm) & shape & the cats crunch them. I have even managed to successfully transition 1 of my 2 cats who suffer with food sensitives onto this without any tummy troubles. The other cat was not successful. Fur wise, their coats are glossy and no issue with knotty coats. Please do not stop stocking this!

My fussy cats, who each like different biscuits, all love this one. The biscuits don't seem to crunch as much as others (though they are hard to the touch) so maybe they feel slightly softer in the mouth(?).
