Worsened quality – instead of clumps, it turns into mush.

I've been buying this litter for 5 years, it used to be absolutely amazing—perfect clumping, zero smell. For the last 2 deliveries, the grains are bigger, it doesn't clump urine as well, the clumps fall apart and there's more odour. I hope it's just temporary....

I'm really disappointed with the last delivery! It used to be a great cat litter for me, but now the clumps (if you can even call them that anymore) just fall apart. The litter has become coarser and it starts to smell like urine very quickly, even though I clean it out every day!! It would be nice if the cat litter actually lived up to its promises again!!! The quality really isn't good anymore, so unfortunately I have to look for something else!!!!

We’ve been buying this litter for over 5 years and need 2x12 kg per month for two litter boxes. The last batch just isn’t the same quality we’ve always had. The litter isn’t as finely ground anymore—it looks like gravel. The problem is, the cats use it less and it ends up scattered everywhere, and it’s getting harder and harder to clean up. I might as well go straight to the gravel pit now. What’s going on?

I’ve been pretty satisfied with this litter until now, but the last 4 bags I’ve just received are terrible: It’s extremely dusty (which isn’t good for either the cat or the owner) and it doesn’t clump properly, even after a long time. The bag has a partly new look – but have they also changed the litter?? I’m very dissatisfied and definitely won’t be buying it again.

I've been ordering this cat litter for our 5 cats for ages. For the past few months, I've noticed that the clumps just fall apart when cleaning! Because of this, you have to change the litter completely after a short time. I won't be ordering it again in the future. Really disappointing.

After trying several brands, the Tigerino Premium Sensitive is definitely the best. It clumps perfectly, so you can easily scoop everything out, which also makes it very economical to use. Tracking is minimal and there’s hardly any dust.

TERRIBLE!! I didn’t read the reviews before buying it. It only clumped well for 2 days, then it turned into a mush, and that’s with me scooping the pee 2 or 3 times a day. DO NOT BUY IT. It costs nearly twice as much as the supermarket’s own brand and it wishes it was half as good. AN ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF.

I used this litter for many years, but now that's over. The clumps fall apart and it creates a huge amount of dust. It used to be different. When cleaning, a thick cloud of dust forms, and don't even get me started on pouring it in. Within a day, everything around the cat litter box is covered with a pretty thick layer of dust. I see this as a health risk for my cats. The result: The competition is happy to welcome new customers who buy more expensive litter.

Years buying and recommending this product for its excellent durability, clumping and odour-free qualities! Unfortunately, the “park sand” they now sell us at a gold price is useless. It barely clumps, and even when you fill the litter box to the top, you have to throw it out in a week because of the smell. Any supermarket has sand of the same quality for less than 2 euros. I won’t be buying again.

Apparently, this product now comes in new packaging that tears right at the seams during transport. Ordered 4 bags (2x double packs) and 2 out of the 4 bags arrived damaged. Terrible, grit everywhere... It also doesn’t clump properly anymore, a nightmare to scoop because it just falls apart completely.

Both the packaging and the composition have recently changed, and both changes are very negative. The packaging tears open, and the grit is dustier and clumps much less. Unfortunately, I still have 12 bags left, but after that, never again!

All in all, a very good litter, but the packaging isn’t ideal—the handle tears off easily.
