We are super happy with the door, but after a couple of months the Hub lost its connection and it’s impossible to reconnect. There’s no help on the official website. So, about the door itself, I can say it’s a really good product, but the connection issues are a real headache! I’d recommend buying the door without the Hub, as that’s what we have now – just €100 more expensive, since the Hub is useless!

Since I bought the door, I have been in contact with Sure Petcare’s support desk. First, I installed it on the door and tried to assign my pet. It didn’t work, even after they sent a test kit, which was also unsuccessful. Then I removed the door and was able to assign the cat, as the chip was recognised. I installed the door again, and now it does read the cat’s chip. It has been a disappointment from the start. Well, I’ll give two stars because at least the support desk is responding and trying to help.

Since I travel a lot for work, sometimes even overnight, the flap is a fantastic thing for me... Now, even when I'm far away, I know if my two furry friends are doing well and if they've made it home regularly! Super easy to install and I had no issues connecting it – everything worked perfectly the first time! Absolutely brilliant 😻
