I tried several brands costing twice as much including cold pressed. All my dogs have healthier stomachs on Burgess with 50/50 raw. I realized why spend so much on a more expensive dry food if I could use the extra money to just give them more real meat? Adding this to the raw meat makes sure they get any extra vitamins they might be missing and it assists their digestion. If we switch to something else, various problems start cropping up with the individual dogs.

Been doing loads of research. Higher end foods with legumes are dangerous for dogs, nearly ALL British premium foods now have peas/lentils! This food doesn’t. Lamb/Rice is HEALTHIER than grain free when GF uses legumes/potatoes instead! Burgess helped one of our dogs stop itching & firmed poos of another dog with sensitive digestion. It’s a great choice if you are aware that peas are poisonous to dogs, google it! This is simple, clean food. I mix with raw. 5 dogs doing GREAT now :)
