I switched to Adult5+ when my female dog turned 6 to be proactive about her joints and bones. Unfortunately, she lost all her body condition in a short time and became thin and scruffy, even though she gets food ad libitum. Worst of all, her previously beautiful coat became scaly and greasy, and she was biting and gnawing herself all over. Now I've switched back to RC Adult and she's gained weight. Her coat is slowly improving but is still greasy. A frightening experience – you really trust what's written on the packaging.
