Hill's Prescription Diet Canine i/d Low Fat Digestive Care

I have ordered from Bitiba twice now and each time, the delivery was extremely fast. The food is also at a very competitive price. This company is very reliable and I will continue to use them.

My 9-year-old Yorkie suffers with Lymphangectasia, a protein losing disease, and needs a high protein diet. Hills Prescription Diet bulks out her home cooked items and the Original is her favourite. First time order from Bitibar of a Hills product I regularly use. Order very good price and all went well with delivery etc Unfortunately slight problem with food as not okay for my sick dog. Hills said I could have refund and Bitibar refunded same day! Amazing speed and efficiency as money needed by me to buy more suitable diet (again from Hills range) same day. My dog suffers with Pancreatitis and IBD and my vet has advised using this product for her, which will now be lifelong. It is very expensive at my vets so searched the internet and found Bitiba. Their prices are extremely competitive and delivery is free. I have found that some of the tins contents were defective, with the food being spoilt & not suitable to give my dog with her very sensitive stomach. Bitiba’s customer service is fantastic, dealing with my issue quickly & appropriately.

Fast delivery, my dog with chronic pancreatic disease likes to eat it and tolerates it well. Unfortunately, the consistency of the product often leaves much to be desired, as was the case with the last delivery... it ranges from very firm to a mushy, sticky mess...

Our Henry absolutely loves these tins. We've been giving them to him for about 8 years now, ever since the vet discovered he had a problem with his pancreas. Other food gave him pain and cramps, and later even diarrhoea. So for us, they're really great.
