Product itself I cannot fault but the way they pack items at their warehouse is shocking. My last delivery was delivered with some items opened and out of their original set packaging which resulted in damaged trays. Bitiba should look into how they pack bulk/heavy items.

They're not your typical cans of pâté. They have chunks of chicken hearts and other foods. My little dog loves them and they suit her really well. I've bought them several times already.
