Rocco Classic Multibuy 24 x 800g

Ive had my dogs on raw and veg for years, they looked well on it, however, a bad batch put an end to that and cost a massive vet bill. Switched to cold pressed and rocco. They are doing well with the mix. They enjoy the rocco and poos have been good. Lots of flavours to choose too

When it's good, it is good. Unfortunately there is no consistency, more than one order (24 x 800g) has been very heavy in fat, sometimes a majority of cans being more than 30% fat (not just a little at the bottom), which means lots of waste food wise and also time, in separating the good from the bad. Evri courier service is also a bit hit and miss lately, with orders being delayed by five or six days. Overall, I'm struggling to feel satisfied.

For years, we ordered Rocco’s wet food. It used to be really great quality at a fair price. Unfortunately, it’s not good anymore. It doesn’t smell nice and looks grey. You can’t see any hearts in it either. Now we buy Animonda and Rinti. The quality is right there. I’ve already complained to Rocco, and they just said the quality is as good as always. I also noticed that the good cans came from Switzerland, and the bad ones from Austria….

My old dog, who is 14 years old, tolerates it very well. Best to store the can in the fridge.

I’ve been ordering Rocco wet food for a long time, with chicken, turkey, and poultry hearts. Suddenly, the cans were no longer filled to the top like before, and what came out was a grey-looking mass that didn’t smell fresh. For a long time, I didn’t read the reviews—I complained directly to bitiba with photos. Their response: “We’re not aware of any issues, no one else has complained.” Conclusion: No one reads the reviews or does anything to confront the manufacturer about it. Rocco, never again!
