I'm really disappointed. I ordered this basket with a grill, but it arrived incomplete, without the grill. I called four times and sent emails, and in the end I had to return it and they sent me another one... I open it and this one doesn't have the grill either. Now I'm not returning it anymore until they send me the grill. How on earth do these people work?
