Bigger than expected
Very sturdy dog bowls, a lot bigger than I thought and I purchased the smaller size. Dogs are eating and drinking out of them so happy with them.

Brilliant
Just received my dog feeder and absolutely thrilled. Spent ages searching for the right one to suit my dog etc. I opened it up and used it straight away. I have a german shepherd and it was the exact size for her. Couldn't be more pleased.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a dog feeder, but hadn't realised how large it would be. I telephoned to ask if there was anything I could do, a very pleasant and helpful young man said he would send a smaller one to me, and suggested I donate the other one to a dog charity etc. I have now received the smaller one and am really happy with it. So I just want to say a huge thank you to Bitiba for your kindness, and excellent service.

Bought this for my elderly (MEDIUM SIZED) dog who was having trouble bending to eat. Very pleased with product, larger than I expected, but very light to move/clean, very good quality, delivery service excellent

Outstanding
Blown away by the size and sturdiness of these dog bowls. Bought the large one for my senior Lab cross and is perfect for him as he doesnt have to bend down to eat or drink ,,,would recommend .

Practical and Stylish

Very pleased with ergo feeders for my german shepherds. They love them because other feeders have screws which become loose but these are solid. Very pleased with speedy delivery and the prices were very good. Will definately use this supplier again. Thankyou
