It is very comfortable in usage,easy to refill and clean. My cats started using it from day one. Its biggest advantage is the possibility using plastic bottles of different capacities. Also, once filled it is stable enough not to tip over.

Wonderful
I was about to not buy it because of the reviews, but in my case everything was perfect. Regarding the bottle, which gets a lot of criticism, while it's true that a single tank would be ideal, I've used two bottles of different sizes and had no issues. The smaller one was a bit tricky to fit, but I bought one with a slightly larger cap and it worked perfectly.
