Bought two and worked fine until one recently stopped working the button on the back that you use to open and put the food in stopped working. I contacted the company and they don't repair this part and won't replace it as it is out of the 3 year warranty

2 days training for very timid Sphynx cat. Her cousin needed no training. Straight in there!. Easy instructions. Will solve the problem of one greedy cat and one grazer.

We have one fat cat on diet food, one thin cat on medicated food, and a kitten. All 3 took to the feeders without issue and I'm finally confident that they're eating the right food. Not cheap but it gives me peace of mind to know that I'm doing all I can to ensure I have healthy cats.

Got this for my 6-month old kitten so my 2 older cats cannot steal her food (+ get fat!). It took about 3 weeks to get her used to it, but now she eats when she likes and it seems to be failsafe. The operation, including adding your cat's microchip and adding food, could NOT be easier.

It doesn't open for her because she has to get inside to eat so the chip in her neck can be read. When she gets close, the sensor is at her head and it doesn't open, so she leaves without eating. I had to push her in halfway twice and then it reads the chip, but only when she's halfway in. So, for my cat, it's not good.

The cats aren’t afraid of it, they got used to it within 30 minutes. I even think they enjoyed it. When the feeder opens, even the healthy tomcat wanted to try the diet food. I have the feeder with its back to the wall, so both cats can’t fit there at once and the one with the chip walked away. The thief manages to steal about 2-3 kibbles. There is a rear cover available, but it’s not offered here. I’m curious how long the batteries will last. In the flat, you don’t smell the kibbles, the feeder seals in the odours well. You can hear it opening – it could be quieter.

I bought two feeders for my cats two years ago. They're really handy and useful, I'm delighted with them, but one of them just broke down today even though I changed the batteries. I don't understand. It's really annoying because, honestly, these devices are perfect and my cats got used to them really quickly.

I bought two feeders for my cats. One of them has special food because she's a bit overweight. They learned how to use them instantly. The food stays fresh and clean since it closes so quickly. Since my cats aren't curious or persistent or anything like that, the back covers aren't necessary at all. But honestly, for the price, they should be included so that "curious" cats can't get into their companions' feeders. Other than that... Super satisfied!
