It combines an attractive, patented design with a fully enclosed base and "rooftop" entry lid, which gives your cat privacy to do his business and keeps litter inside the box, no matter how much your cat likes to dig. Most of the litter on your cat's paws will fall back into the box as he leaves, while the locking lid functions as a walk-off mat, finishing the job of keeping your floors pebble-free. The lid is hinged to swivel open, dumping any trapped litter back inside. It also keeps small dogs out of the litter box.

At 90°, the lid lifts straight off to give you full access to the reusable litter liner, which is good for your wallet and the environment. It has incorporated handles for simple removal and emptying. Made from commercial-strength tarpaulin, it is rip-resistant and easy to clean! The liner is extra-tall with a fitted band keeping it close to the perimeter of the box. To clean the ModKat litter box, take off the lid and scoop out any used litter. For a complete clean, simply take out the liner and empty it into the bin. Rinse the litter, dry and refill - all done!
