Please can you tell me why Royal Canin kitten in jelly product has been changed? The product contents have changed without informing the customer. They have removed caramel from the contents which now my kittens will not eat the replacement. This is out of order as my kittens will not eat anything else!!!!

My kitten always cleared his bowl but Royal Canin changed the recipe & now he will not touch it. I am on facebook with other cat owners & many have complained about the new recipe

I bought this thinking it would be good for my kittens having come from the RSPCA who fed them Felix kitten, I wanted to give them a better quality food but........they sniffed it and wouldn't touch it ! They love the Hills Science Plan kitten and Iams kitten, so the Royal Canin was ditched. I am glad I only bought 12 pouches as this is actually the most expensive out if all the kitten food I ordered. Great service from Bitiba !
