I've always bought own brand supermarket cat food for my cats, which they ate but had smelly poos and dull coats. I wanted a better quality food for them. They've now been on this for a year. They eat less as it's not full of grains they don't need. They have less smelly poos and are generally in better condition. Human and feline approved

I wouldn't say my cats are fussy, but I have one in particular who likes to lick the jelly off of her food and leave the rest. This could have been a problem with this food as there is no jelly, but she loves it, as do the others. My cats are eating a lot more now, which just shows me how much they are enjoying their new food. Their coats look healthier and I get no upset tums with this. It is very competitively priced, which makes me happy too.

My old cats, 16 and 18 years old, love it. Once you open the tin, it smells really good, no jelly, just the right consistency so they can eat comfortably. They liked it. I got the chicken and duck one, I think it's the best in the range.

My two adult cats don't like this food; it just sits there uneaten. I think they find it too compact and too hard. I'm definitely not used to this from them. They're not enthusiastic about it, not even with a different flavour, so I think it's the texture.

Even though the price has gone up a lot, it's still one of the best grain-free options and more affordable than other brands.
