Unfortunately my fussy cat just smelled it and walked away. What a shame!

5 of our 6 cats love this snack. Particularly good for older cats. But it is important to always put out enough water/ cat milk. The packaging could be more environmentally friendly, it has paper, foil and plastic, the bin gets full pretty quickly....

My cat found these really tasty, she went crazy for them and came dashing over every time she saw the packet.

I bought two tubes of these chicken snacks. My little guy had a few and seemed to enjoy them, came home from work to find both tubes had been ripped apart and finished! Looked like a bear had got to them. Definitely recommend these but keep them in a safe place!

Both my cats love these. As soon as they hear the tub being open they come running.

I am a large and, dare I say it myself, handsome fella and I'm very particular about my food. However I LOVE these chicken snacks. I'm usually well mannered when it comes to food. I don't hold with miaowing or begging, so undignified. But with these treats I cannot help myself. I have been reduced to miaowing loudly until my, sometimes slow, human produces them. If only I could open the tubes myself I wouldn't have this problem! I made sure that my human ordered plenty more with our next order.

Unfortunately, the Whitefish Snackies have now also fallen victim to this terrible product downgrade, just like the Chicken variety. So now you can't buy these anymore either, which is really a shame. Why did this have to happen?????

Dear Bitiba team, It's been clear for quite some time now that these Snackies have become an absolute no-go! Why isn't anything being done about it???? Are you really ignoring your customers this much??? Such a shame! Our cats just want their old Cosma Snackies back, please bring back the old recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My cat used to love them, but now the treats already look different. It's like they've sprinkled some spice on top. When I offer her the treats, she squints her eyes. She has never refused a treat before. This is the first time. She won't eat a single one and now I have three packs at home. Something has clearly changed here!

I'm absolutely furious! My cats won't eat the Snackies anymore! The quality was always hit or miss... but like this? XXL is a joke... half the tin is just powder. Why are you doing this? At that price, it's a rip-off!

These used to be our favourite treats for years. Unfortunately, the product and packaging changed two months ago. Most of the treats are now inedible and rubbery.

Obviously something has changed, because my cats used to love it and now they don’t anymore! Stupidly, I ordered 10 and now I’m stuck with them—a lot of money down the drain. I think any change in the recipe, processing, etc. should be clearly marked, so you can just order one to try it out.

I wanted to give the two of them a bit of variety ... but my cats won’t accept this flavour! Should’ve just gone with chicken like always ... really annoyed with myself!

For some time now, the product has changed for the worse and my cats don’t want to eat it—they just walk away from the bowl. It used to be their favourite treat. I’m going to stop ordering these new packs.

The quality of the Snackies is extremely poor. They're no longer white but yellowish, the smell is unpleasant, and my cats are avoiding them completely. I've been buying these Snackies for years, but this time I can only throw them away.
