Why change the receipt
My extremely picky cat used to love the old product and now is refused to eat them at all. I tried many different ways many times, pathing it out over a few weeks. Unfortunately the change of formula made the treats now horrible and she wouldn’t eat it at all.
Ordered a few tubs and had to return the un-opened ones, and had to throw away the opened one.
Now I am really struggling to find the same product she likes!

My cats used to LOVE these, so I buy a few tins at a time. Since the change in recipe or whatever they changed has happened (with no warning) I now have 3 giant tubs that my cats won’t eat.

Since the tins have changed so has the contents. My cat used to love Cosma chicken but he won't go near this. I donknow what you have done to the recipe but it is a dirty looking grey colour not a creamy white, and it is not worth the money. Please go back to the original recipe. My cat will not meat in any form and I am afraid he will starve if the Cosma chicken stays as it is now.

A disastrous change of recipe
I’ve been buying these happily for several years for my 5 cats. They used to be a favourite of them all. Now Cosma have done the same as Thrive did last year and changed the recipe. The treats are no longer soft and white. They are yellow and dry and quite simply, ALL of my cats refuse to eat them
Proof of this, the tubs are now much taller but still weigh 200g. Recipe must have changed
As soon as other cat owners realise this sales will plummet and I now have 5 boxes that I can’t use

My ragdolls say “purrfect”!
We have three ragdolls and they all adore the chicken snackies. Just open8ng the tub stops them in their tracks and they actually meow for them - and the6 are not usually talkers! We always try to keep some in the cupboard as this is their absolute favourite treat!

Our four cats used to be addicted to the whitefish cubes back when the tins were smaller/lower and the cubes were still white instead of yellow! We've been ordering the smaller tins for a while now and they were great. But there's definitely something wrong with this big tin. When you open it, it doesn't smell like fish at all, just chemicals (like paint). The cat walks away straight away and won't even touch it, but with the smaller tins we never had this problem.
