I was let down because it never came with any fixtures. I thought most things came with screws these days. Apart from that it seems to be good quality, it's heavy. Reasonable price. 4 stars for lack of screws.

I rate the tower very highly. I have a few scratching posts from another company – a premium brand for much higher prices, so I have something to compare it to. I’ve already ordered one Natural Paradise tower and I’ll order another, because the price-to-quality ratio here is really good. One star less for the inaccurate description, which is misleading. The wooden parts aren’t made of solid wood, but of plywood.

Sturdy wooden board with a nice soft mattress. The quality is good. The only downside is that the Velcro on the board doesn't hold the mattress in place; there should be something under the mattress that attaches to the Velcro. Other than that, very satisfied.
