The top of the house is slippery, my cats are afraid to jump on it. The pillow inside the house is not attached at all so it falls out when cat jumps in. The pillow on the shelf is attached correctly but it moves a little when cat tries to hold it to climb on it and he lets go because of that. Super unhappy, my cats are scared of that tree and it costs a lot. I've had a cheaper ceiling tree in the same spot before and they loved it but it wasn't as sturdy.
