Bought some treats for my cats, and chose 2 of these simple but expertly designed mice and the more expensive battery operated mouse. My cats love this wee mouse + play with for good few minutes. I put out the expensive battery operated one + no interest. I think the fragrance within this helps, plus it's tactile.

Very good quality, my cats love playing with it. Just be careful when you pick it up with your hand—the smell lingers and it's quite unpleasant, but the cats are crazy about it.
