It's a yo-yo that clamps onto the table. Our cats, one of them young and playful, looked at the yo-yo with confusion and probably wondered what it was supposed to be. The packaging says "moves in unpredictable ways" – probably only if the cat finds the up and down motion interesting and bats at the pompom. Our cats lost interest after 5 minutes and walked away. Unfortunately, it's now going in the bin. Definitely not worth €20!! What a shame!
