Good quality, but analytical constituents changed.

Been feeding this for a while. I liked the price & quality. Recently I've noticed the pure beef is very fatty, to the point of there being loads of fat in bottom of tin - its 70-100gr of fat. I've checked the analytical constituents and the fat is now 9.5% - whereas it used to be 6.5%; meaning on a DBM (dry matter basis) it's now 38% as opposed to the previous 26%. I have to be careful with the amount of fat one of ours has, so I will no longer be buying the pure beef variety.

best food ever

fantastic dog food-- natural, made from fresh ingredients, price is not to bad, huge selection of flavours ..and my dogs love it!

Plastic pieces in the food

Up until now, our two have always tolerated the food well. Then suddenly, they couldn't handle pure beef anymore. Now they can't have tripe either. I can only agree with the other reviews. There's much more jelly than before. On top of that, I've found a blue piece of plastic in the food for the second time. I'd rather switch brands, but our two are really sensitive. Now we have to pick and choose the varieties.

Mix 1: 6 gusti a base di Manzo

Recommended

Grain-free and potato-free dog food tin, just meat and fish – a real rarity, especially considering the price, which is excellent and affordable, particularly when buying in bulk. The dogs like it. I've been buying it for the past year.

Mix (Rind pur, Huhn, Lachs, Geflügelherzen, Wild, Grüner Pansen)

Not good anymore

For years, we ordered Rocco's wet food. It used to be really great quality at a fair price. Unfortunately, it's just not good anymore. It doesn't smell nice and looks grey. You can't even see any hearts in it now. We're buying Animonda and Rinti instead, their quality is spot on. I even complained to Rocco, but they just said the quality is as good as ever. Another thing I noticed: the good tins came from Switzerland, the bad ones from Austria…

Rocco Classic

My old dog, who is 14 years old, tolerates it very well. Best to store the can in the fridge.

Quality has hit rock bottom

I’ve been ordering Rocco wet food for a long time, with chicken, turkey, and poultry hearts. Suddenly, the cans were no longer filled to the top like before, and what came out was a grey-looking mass that didn’t smell fresh. For a long time, I didn’t read the reviews—I complained directly to bitiba with photos. Their response: “We’re not aware of any issues, no one else has complained.” Conclusion: No one reads the reviews or does anything to confront the manufacturer about it. Rocco, never again!
