I brought 4 of these cages for my 4 syrians as the one's i had far to small the only thing i was abit worried about was the size of the wheel the reviews i read were very contradictory but i can tell you they are 20 cm from one side to the other which is more than big enough i a syrian hamster the wod was in good condition.the only thing is the wooden tunnels were to small my hamsters but great for dwarfs.really glad i picked this cage would definitley recommend for syrains mine love it :)

Bitiba had the perfect cage for these newly acquired pets. The initial problem was very quickly resolved by Bitiba. A replacement cage was dispatched the next day. the cage is nice a big, not to hard to assemble and brilliant for small a large hamsters as wont fight through the bars. The price is awsome you littley get what they say and seen and the wheel is BIG!!witch is great xx

The cage itself is pretty good. You just have to make sure the ladders aren’t too steep, otherwise the animals can’t get up. I had to put some cardboard in front of the levels so the bedding wouldn’t keep falling down, but that’s not too hard. ;) However, assembling it is difficult. I had trouble fitting the levels, and you can basically throw away the accessories. The tubes are too narrow and the little house is too small. But I’d still recommend it :)

Very nice hamster cage and great accessories! The wheel is a bit too noisy, so we'll be replacing it with a new one soon. The only downside was that the tray was damaged in two deliveries. Maybe they should pay more attention to better packaging. Otherwise, our little Luckia loves her new kingdom!!!!!
