This cage is a great size. Only problem was the housing unit inside the cage, it came broken and very dangerously sharp edges protruding, which is highly dangerous for my rabbit. Delivery was ok, box was extremely damaged, courier tried to cover it up!! I contacted Bitiba and received a message within 24 hours, to ask if I would like a replacement housing unit sent out, of course I needed one! Then got another reply stating it will now take 4-6 weeks for me to get this? Ridiculous to be honest!
