If your cat is nervous, or you have a multi-cat household, then a covered tray can be a great solution to give your cat a little privacy to conduct its private business. You can leave the hood flipped up to begin with, until your pet is accustomed the new litter tray. The high base tray can also be used without the cover.

The covered litter box has an integrated carbon filter to keep smells at bay, plus a high base tray and raised back wall to minimise the risk of leaks.

The hood and swing door flip up to let you clear out the tray and clean inside and the cover also comes off entirely if needed. The cover is attached to the base with two clips, and has an integrated handle. Change the filter regularly to keep your home smelling fresh.

Tip: The catches on the flip up cover can be a little stiff. If this is the case, zooplus recommends pushing the catches slightly inwards to make it simpler and quicker to open and close the cover.
