Cat's Best Original Cat Litter - 40l

Having used this product for years with no complaints, the last bag I received appeared to contain wood shavings, and the most recent one is obviously just not the same product. It is lighter in colour, which isn't an issue; however, the litter turns to absolute mush, so removal isn't good. A couple of friends have confirmed these exact same issues, so it's not just me. I simply want to ask why, when you had a perfectly good product?

Clumps brilliantly, no odour, no tracking, easy to flush away and all of my cats and their kittens use it without problems. The best I've used in over 40 years of cat companionship. I really can't understand anyone posting negatives ???

For the price and quality it outshines all on the market. It last my 3 cats 2/3 months. I love how it's fluashable

Please don't buy, it gets absolutely everywhere!! I only have 2 cats and have only used it for 3 days and every crevice of my home has this litter in it. I've swept my kitchen 3 time just this morning, and the box isn't even in there!! Nightmare

i have tried most litters and this stuff is amazing. Wee clumps into an easily removable lump. I t stays clean, it lasts for ages . It is so good, you just need to top up with a handful when your cat goes i clean it all out once a fortnight because i think I should but it really doesn't even need that. It's still fresh, there is no odour. it may cost more than some but this stuff saves me money. AMAZING. i wouldn't go back to anything else

Of all the cat litter we used before finally found something the best, for first time I ordered in a small pack, for sure next order will be a big package. No smell and easy to use, also saving the money on this.

Having 8 cats I have tried many cat litters. Finally found pine pellets in an easy breeze the best for urine. But as an alternative and mainly for poo I also offer a large box (larger the better) with lid and Have found Oko the best all round. Aesthetically when scooping not as near as disgusting, hardly any smell and lasts ages.

I use it for over a year now. Good quality for price: Keeps urine in one piece ball shape, sticks to the poo nicely, not going out for a house trip on cats paws too often - does the job for me. Sometimes you can smell something, but know much worse cat litters, as it doesn`t stink, just a bit of smell sometimes - time to clean the litter sign.

Cat’s like using it. Easy to clean out urine clumped in litter, as well as faeces, making it economical, reduces smells to a minimum very fast. Minor tracking of small amounts of clean litter helped by having mat outside litter box and it is easily vacuumed up.

I have 5 cats, plenty of litter trays around the house, and so I frequently need to buy litter as I change their trays multiple times a week. The reviews on this seemed too good to be true but I ordered anyway. Wrong. It's horrendous. The cats hate it, so much so they find other places to do their business in the house. Even with multiple daily scooping it stinks like a vile unwashed hamster cage (urine soaked sawdust basically) and yes it definitely does track EVERYWHERE. Just horrendous.

I can't add to anything that anyone has written with the exception of Christine who is clearly disappointed in the product ... I can only add Christine that I consider the problem with tracking more to do with your litter tray than the litter ... I have four indoor cats and use Clever Cat Litter Trays ... I have four which are each big enough to accommodate two cats ... I have absolutely no trouble with tracking ... very little if any comes out of the box ... when I pen a cat however and use a much more shallow litter tray with an open top ... like any other litter under these circumstances, it will track ... but I can't beat it for odour control, fine and easy on the paws ... clumps really well ... scoops out and leaves the remainder really clean and re-usable personally I can't fault it

After reading all the positive reviews on this product, I thought I'd give it a try for my 3 cats. I liked the colour (prefer light coloured litter) and was quite happy with it until my cats started using the litter box. You always expect some tracking with litter, but I have never used litter that tracks so much litter all through the house. It's on the living room floor, on the settee, chairs, table, in my bedroom, kitchen. You name it, and there's cat litter lying around. I have to hoover every time my cats use the litter box. It is really terrible, and the tracking lumps are big too, so they are easily visible in the home. I will not buy this litter again. I'd rather stick with World's Best Cat Litter. It may be more expensive, but you don't get the tracking like this one.

Of all the cat litters we have used before, this is the best. No smell, easy to use and it lasts longer than other cat litters, so we are also saving money on this.

This cat litter is really good at absorbing bad odours!! It also clumps and flushes and is genreally really easy to use! I am really excited I found it and will keep using it!

Can't give enough praise for this litter. This one is natural, flushable, compostable and it clumps. Plus, it has the lovely small grain texture. Have never had a cat that refuses to use it. very reasonably priced, would not use anything else. This litter may be a bit more expensive than some 'supermarket' grade products, but you need far less and it really does trap all odours. Highly recommended.

My two, very fussy boys are happy with this litter. I have bought many different types and OkoPlus Cat's Litter does what it says on the label! Don't waste money on anything else, this is by far the best I've tried so far, best at clumping, odour control and ecological ease of disposal: no need for plastic bags.

This litter is the best on the market & economical. I have 4 indoor cats & there is no urine smell from this litter. The cats seem to like it because it is gentle on their paws and also stays dry due to an excellent clumping action. The product also has excellent odour control. Way better than any crystals or clay based litter, and good value for money.

I wasn’t a fan at all at first, but since I started using a stainless steel litter box, it’s definitely better. I like how it traps odours; they do get out a bit, but it’s okay. Minus points because it does get dusty (not super bad, but it does). It lasts a long time – three cats, two litter boxes and 40 litres last about one and a half months. I always mix it with tofu pellets from Kittybay or Catit so the clumps get firmer.

We've been using Cat’s Best for quite a while because you can dispose of individual clumps in the household toilet and the quality has always been good. Unfortunately, the last order was disappointing: the litter crumbles a lot, the pee clumps no longer hold together properly and are hard to remove cleanly. It used to be much better. It's a shame, because the product concept (plant-based, flushable, clumping) actually suits us very well. With the current quality, we wouldn't order again.

I've been using it for a year now for my 6 cats! I tried loads of different litters during their first year, but I always found faults with them or they were way too expensive. This one is great for the price, it clumps really well with the urine, doesn't give off any dust, it's biodegradable and smells like wood, which really helps with the odours!! I recommend it to everyone for its quality and price :)

After trying several types of litter, for the past three years I've only bought Cat's Best. It clumps really well, lasts a long time, can be disposed of in the toilet, and even though it doesn't completely eliminate odours, it's still the best I've tried.

The litter is great! I love it!! But the price is outrageous!! I just checked to see how much it was and it's gone up ridiculously, last time I got a great deal at €23.99, even though the usual price is €32.99… but today it's at €43.99!! Are we crazy or what? If it stays at this price, I'll look for alternatives, it's just not doable!!

I think it's a really great product. It clumps well, which makes it easy to scoop and means there's minimal loss of litter. It also lasts me a very long time. However, my cat does track some litter out with its paws and into the room. Also, some fine dust can rise up while scooping. I don't mind this myself, but if you have sensitive airways, this might not be the right product for you.

It’s a bit more expensive, but it’s really worth it! I’ve been using it for over 25 years with different cats, and every one of them was happy to use it. My flat never smells of “cat”! Oh, and I always order from Bitiba.

Best cat litter, 40 litres lasts me a good half a year. There’s no smell and you can flush it down the toilet. Unfortunately, your shipping boxes are now just these thin cardboard things that arrive here completely wrecked. You definitely need to improve your packaging.

I’ve been using it for years and now I’m looking for other options because the quality has dropped to rock bottom. It doesn’t clump the same, doesn’t absorb the same, and doesn’t smell the same either. But of course, the price keeps going up. Long live ripping off the customer!!

Bought since 2013 (multi-cat household), but the last two orders of CatsBest have nothing to do with the original quality anymore. The granules seem even smaller and the stuff is ridiculously dusty... two of my tomcats have started having coughing fits now and then, at first I thought it was feline asthma and rushed straight to the vet. Turns out it was rubbish... this (now) low-quality sawdust waste is to blame. No longer recommended!

It’s not the same litter as before, my cat is allergic and it gives off a lot of dust, plus the pee just sits underneath like a mushy paste that falls apart. It’s not worth it anymore.
