SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap - White

The tunnel sticks out too far and doesn't look right. I will be replacing it.

I'm having an issue with the chip recognition – sometimes, and increasingly often, the lock doesn't open or only opens after a long delay. Apart from sending lots of emails and ignoring obvious facts, nothing has happened. They also asked for lots of videos, which, in my opinion, were then misinterpreted. The problem hasn't been fixed – no offer to replace the flap, even though it's not even two years old.
