Unfortunately, the connection between the top and bottom halves doesn't hold well, so the balls keep falling out whenever the connection opens even by just 1mm. The weight in the lower part makes the toy swing back and forth nicely, so the cats are interested in the movement of the object. Filling it with treats works well, and with the slider on the side you can set whether only 1 or 2 openings for the treats are open.
