Funny Butterfly Cat Toy

The motor is very quiet without the butterfly, but with it, it's annoyingly loud. It would also be better if it rotated irregularly to simulate a more natural movement. Right now, it spins too quickly and evenly in a circle. The cats aren't interested. Unless I pick it up, hold it upside down, and control the rotation of the butterfly's mount with my finger.
