I have two of these nest boxes and a pair of my budgies have chicks in one. Unfortunately, the concave being part of the base of the box means you cannot remove it or replace it for cleaning - I use the second box cleaned and prepared and transfer the chicks to that. The box is getting condensation and mildew which cannot be good for the chicks. I am hoping they will leave the nest soon and will not use these boxes again.
