How to set up bitiba Subscribe & Save

Step 1Step 1Select products

Add Subscribe & Save eligible products to your basket and proceed to checkout or convert your last order to Subscribe & Save.

Step 2Step 2Set delivery date

In the checkout preview select Subscribe & Save and set your preferred delivery interval.
Subscribe & Save is only available with a previously saved credit card* or PayPal payment.

Step 3Step 3Sit back & relax

Finish your order as usual and we take care of everything else, so you can enjoy more time with your pet.

* PLEASE NOTE: Subscribe & Save is only visible at checkout if your card payment details were saved during a previous transaction, or if you are paying via PayPal. Once you have placed your current order, you can convert it to Subscribe & Save for future scheduled orders on the “Thank you” page. You can convert a previous, completed order to Subscribe & Save at any time. Subscribe & Save offers only apply from the first scheduled order. Your current order is not a scheduled order.

Is this the only way to set up a Subscribe & Save order?

You can also convert a completed order into a Subscribe & Save order

  • Open "My account" and login. Go to "Orders" and select the one you want to convert into a Subscribe & Save order
  • Click "Order details" to see the items ordered
  • Select "Subscribe & Save" and follow the steps to set up your Subscribe & Save order

Your first Subscribe & Save order will be triggered on the date you have selected – after that delivery will take place automatically at the specified interval.

If you wish to make any changes, pause or cancel your subscription, you can do this easily and quickly in Subscribe & Save at My account.

What are the benefits of bitiba Subscribe & Save?

bitiba Subscribe & Save means you no longer need to remember to order your pet's food and supplies regularly. These worries are a thing of the past. But that's not all – Subscribe & Save has other benefits too:

• Save up to 7% on the current standard price of your selected Subscribe & Save items

• You can cancel at any time, with no prior notice, additional costs or cancellation fees

• Flexible delivery intervals, order dates and product selection

• You can add additional products for one-time delivery to your regular Subscribe & Save order. One-time delivery products are not eligible for a Subscribe & Save discount, however they are included in the total value of that specific order and therefore count towards any total order discount.

Why are the products I've selected not showing as Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save is available for a wide selection of popular products. It is currently not available for all items. Take a look at our selection, choose your pet's favourite and place a regular order to keep your pet happy and make your life easier. 

How do I pay for my bitiba Subscribe & Save?

You can pay for your bitiba Subscribe & Save orders with a debit/credit card saved from a previous order or with PayPal.

What are the shipping costs for my bitiba Subscribe & Save order?

Shipping is free on all Subscribe & Save orders with a value of £45.00 or more, for most of the UK. See Shipping Information and Costs for further information.

Is there minimum order value or minimum purchase limit?

There is no purchase amount minimum, however the minimum order value for bitiba Subscribe & Save is £15 (excluding shipping charges). See Shipping Information and Costs for further information.

How do I change my Subscribe & Save order?

You can change your bitiba Subscribe & Save order at any time to suit your individual circumstances. Just go to Subscribe & Save  in "My account".

You can change the following:

  • Products in the Subscribe & Save order
  • Delivery interval
  • Next order date
  • Delivery address*
  • Payment method*
  • Name of subscription

It's quick and easy to do:

  • Go to Subscribe & Save in "My account"
  • Select the Subscribe & Save order you want to change and click on "Edit"
  • Make the changes
  • Save the changes

* In the Subscribe & Save overview you can select from pre-stored addresses or payment methods. If you want to create a new address or register a new payment method, please create it in the "Personal Information" section in "My account".

Can I add to or change my Subscribe & Save order?

You can change your Subscribe & Save order at any time in the Subscribe & Save overview in "My account". You can also choose whether to add additional products permanently or as a one-time delivery to your Subscribe & Save order.

This is how you do it:

  • Select the products to be added to your Subscribe & Save order and place them in your basket.
  • Go to Subscribe & Save in "My account".
  • Select the Subscribe & Save order you want to change and click on "Edit"
  • Click on "Add products" and you will see the products in your basket
  • Select the amount of products to be added to the next Subscribe & Save order
  • If the product is subscription-eligible you can choose whether to add it permanently to your Subscribe & Save order.
  • Save changes

Will I be notified before my next Subscribe & Save order is dispatched?

We will send you a reminder email 5 days before we dispatch your next Subscribe & Save order. If you need to adjust or pause your Subscribe & Save order you can do this up to 2 days prior to the order date. Simply go to Subscribe & Save in "My account".  You can also add one-time delivery products to your order if you need to buy additional items.

What is the latest date I can change my Subscribe & Save order

You can change your Subscribe & Save order up to two days before the next order date. It is not possible to change your order after this. 

What happens if a Subscribe & Save item is not available?

If one of your Subscribe & Save items is out of stock or no longer available, you will receive notification informing you about the situation. We'll suggest suitable alternatives that you can simply add to your Subscribe & Save order with just one click. After all, we have your pet's best interests at heart!

What is your cancellation policy?

You cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time by clicking on the "Cancel" button in the Subscribe & Save  section at "My account".
