The Piggy Basic Cage is a great accessory if you're just starting out with owning a small pet. This basic cage can suit guinea pigs or dwarf rabbits, if you want to keep a shelter for them indoors. It comes with its own hay rack that mounts on the outside of the wire mesh cover, which means you can fill it up without disturbing your pets, and it doesn't take up extra room inside the cage. The front of the wire mesh cover flips up for easy access; for cleaning the cage or catching your pet.
This could make the perfect starter cage for a new small pet owner, or if you need to keep outdoor pets indoors in cold weather. We also stock a wide range of runs, to allow you to give your pet the right amount of freedom to run around and exercise.

A pair works very well joined together
As been noted by others, this cage is a little big/awkward to move around to serve as a carrier and not large enough to be two cavys permanent home. However, I bought 2 cages, (post free) and use them together to make a more interesting and spacious living space, whilst retaining the flexibility of being able to separate them if required. It also works-out as more cost-effective than choosing a larger single cage. Only requires a small shelf and snipping of 4 bars for cavy access between them

For the person who wrote a review saying it’s small enough to be a carrier is wrong, I had my doubts but it arrived in 2 days and the size is great especially for the price of it. Very much recommend.

NOT ENOUGH SPACE
guinea pigs need a lot more space to be happy, this cage could be used as a carrier but do your research on the space they need, a c&c cage is a good option.

Its a great size for my dwarf rabbit plenty of space for him to jump around, its well built delivery was fast and well packed.
