Moose gets excited with the smell but when I put the bowl of kibble in front of him, he stares in disapproval and then judges me harshly - he wants his rather expensive Royal Canin instead. Such a spoilt brat. .sorry, cat!

I've been buying this for years. The 'new recipe' 10kg now comes in a cheapskate bag. The old bags - wished I'd kept my last one - had a re-sealable 'zip'. The new one doesn't. Given the amount it costs saving tuppence on the packaging seems miserly. But, what I'd expect in the current climate. There is no way of resealing the bag so the biscuits now have the potential to go soggy. VERY disappointed.

Having ran out of the original and no luck in tracking a bag down I had no choice but to move to the new formula. My very very fussy Maine Coon refused to eat the new formula for over a week and half. Thrive chicken topper saved the day. I coated the biscuits with the topper and she will now eat them. I’m hoping we can get to the stage we’re no topper is required but for now it’s a win. Please don’t make any further changes I can’t take the stress.

New recipe is not grain free. I have been buying this brand for ten years for my three maincoons..and they loved it ....won't touch it now..

My 2 maincoons used to love this brand food since they were little, I don't know what's changed with the food recepie, but my cats don't eat it anymore. They rather starve all day then touch the concept for life kibbles.

Changed my Maine cone cat food from Royal Cannin and my two boys love it, so pleased I did as it’s a fair bit cheaper, and seems higher in protein

The food is still excellent! Our four Maine Coons have loved it for years. The fact that the 10kg bag is no longer resealable is a disaster. We want the "zipper" back! So, two points off for that. Otherwise, definitely 5 stars, but not with this new stupid packaging!

Our cats aren’t really fans of this ‘improved’ product. The older one sometimes can’t even keep it down. Are there others with the same experience?

Unfortunately, Carnilove was temporarily out of stock, so I ordered these kibbles for my Maine Coon. He ate them reluctantly, but luckily Carnilove is available again. For my Coon, these kibbles were not a success.

Our slightly picky Maine Coon cat was interested in these kibbles from the very first bite—so much so that she drags them into the living room onto the carpet (with other brands, she eats politely by her bowl in the kitchen). So it’s really worth it when she enjoys them in front of the TV in the living room. Personally, I was surprised by the size of the kibbles—they’re quite large, but it doesn’t bother our cat, and our vet said it’s good for her gums and teeth. So overall, we’re very satisfied.
