Can not get any better - easy to build, cats loved it from 1st day, arrived quickly ( during Christmas period), happy to supply a photo showing cats using it, imply the best!

Great product. Damage in transit but is on inside and managed to fix so it doesn’t cause structural problem. Easy to build (I’m a lady with limited diy abilities). Cats not used yet but waiting for it to rain!!

The product is larger than I initially thought, which is great for my two kittens but might be tricky fitting it through my door to put it outside! The instructions were easy to follow and all parts were nicely labelled. I have two issues with this product: 1. The base of the house was cut too small so it did not rest how it should. We had to do a bit of DIY to it so that it would fit correctly. 2. The cat flap isn't very flexible so that cats do not like using it. I think it hurts to push it

Ordering and delivery very good. Packaged really well. The instructions were easy to follow and I put it together in 15 minutes. Great sized cat house. My three loved it immediately.

Everything arrived when it was promised. Unfortunately at this time Iam house bound not only due to the weather but also because I am suffering from flu. When I am able to arrange for a friend to put it together for me I will happily rerport on the "Paws" to see if they approve.
