The litter tray is big and good but the door is just hanging inside leaving huge gap because if bad design. Des not protect from spills and smell at all. This needs serious redesign.

The cat flap entrance doesn’t fit properly at all has a massive gap all the way round so doesn’t shut or keep smell in, not happy at all as that was the whole purpose of getting one of these boxes.
