I brought this as I use non clumping wood pellets. So when the cat has used the train the wood turns to dust and I thought I would be able to shake the dust through and keep the pellets above as I do with my other one. Sadly however the holes are to big and the pellets fall through. It would probably be OK for a clumping litter.
