Natural Paradise Scratching Pillar - Jasmine XXL

First we had problems with the XXL, now this cat tree is falling apart. I set it up two weeks ago and it already seemed really shaky under the fabric, but I thought that was just how it was meant to be. This evening, even though it was fixed to the wall, it was only held together by the fabric at the bottom, and the same thing happened at the top of the cat tree! This is absolute rubbish!

Despite the offer price of €88, the quality does not match the price. All the included wooden parts are untreated and unsealed plywood boards. The cut-outs are not sanded at all and the surfaces are only mediocre. The base plate is extremely light. The screws that are supposed to hold the entire trunk are very thin and can easily cause the trunks to split, as the pressure is not distributed properly.

Broken after a week!!!

I ordered a scratching post and it arrived damaged. After exchanging it for a new one, it was damaged again, so I’m returning the product and waiting for my refund.
