My pomeranian has been fed RC since he was tiny. he always really liked it and it suited him. his poos were always really little and solid. after 2 years of eating this food I noticed that he was scratching a lot and the vet discovered that he is allergic to rice, which must have been caused by the food. since then I've made a point of trying to find out more information on dog food and I've been searching for grain free versions... with no success up until now......royal canin was the one that he reacted to least. it's beginning to look like we'll have to go back to royal canin, but this time he'll get the mini-adult without rice....what's the point of having quality ingreidents if the dog reacts to the food?...usually the r c foods are well tolerated
