None of my dogs will touch this food. I've tried mixing it with other food, tasty bits and all sorts, but they just pick it out and spit it onto the floor.

Dear Sir or Madam, Today I opened a bag of pet food and found that the food inside was rock hard and unfit for consumption. I also buy this food on the German side, and it has a completely different texture there. The product's expiry date is in a week, and the bag weighs 12 kg. Such a product should not be sold; this is not acceptable.
