I bought this rug for a springer x setter with long legs but the material was still too long and she ended up tripping over it. Why make the legs so long. You only need the material to come about two inches down the leg. Now I'm trying to sew them shorter. The poor dog has arthritis so bought this to keep her warm and dry. The length of the body is perfect.
